Answer Center - Close More Business with this Real Time Sales Tracking Tool
CallCap call tracking is a tool that enhances sales by identifying advertising vehicles that are working and eliminating those that do not. We also know that by recording & reviewing actual sales calls we are able to identify weaknesses in technique that may lead to a lower overall close ratio. We deployed our concept to our customers and found our thesis was correct. Negative patterns of behavior were easily identifiable during phone calls and therefore repairable via revised training. Sales increased dramatically when using our call tracking technology AND call review. We did notice one glaring deficiency though. Many times the lost sales opportunities were identified long after the opportunity to close that specific prospect had past.

This exciting tool addresses and completes the sales loop on all inbound calls.
How it works: As a call comes into your sales office a resident program flashes an interactive control box onto the sales persons computer screen.
IN REAL TIME the sales person handles the call, details what the value of the call is to the company and makes notes as to how the call went. The system allows a Positive, Negative & Neutral outcome to the call.
Once the data is entered, the system actually changes the color of the lead in the managers detailed call report to reflect the outcome of the call and its value to the company. So, ALL NEGATIVE CALLS, which are usually lost sales opportunities, are immediately highlighted. Now, for the first time, lost opportunities are identified in real time. This key feature notifies the sales manager immediately that a prospect is in jeopardy. Normally this provides ample time to develop and implement a strategy to recover the prospect BEFORE the business is lost to a competitor.
All the sales manager has to do is check the detailed call report a few times during the course of the day for �Red� leads, act on them immediately and they have a tremendous chance of turning that lost prospect into a customer.
National Do Not Call List
Indicator- Automatically check to see if your caller is on the National "Do not call list"
CallCap takes the inbound caller and reverse dips the number, referencing it to the national 'Do Not Call List'. If the number is on the list a
red dot is displayed, warning your business to be cautious in how that caller is handled. If the caller is not on the list our call tracking system displays a
Green Dot. You can then treat this caller in a normal fashion.
Built in Contact Management System - Automatically Enter Caller Data Into Your Contact Manager
We know that that first step in a more effective sales program is a contact management system that tracks and records all the callers that are generated from all add sources. Many companies do not use a contact management strategy. To aid our customers and their sales teams in this venue we have designed a system which operates inside our call tracking software.
All sales managers know that sales people hate paperwork and tracking sales leads. So, another exciting feature of our contact management tool is: CallCap catches and records all the information about the caller automatically. Further it can be updated by the sales person, reviewed in real time by the sales manager and exported to outside CMR, Outlook, Goldmine or ACT programs with the touch of a few buttons. Information can be exported to our label maker as well to print labels for direct mail campaigns.
Export Tools - Easily export the data we collect to other utilities
CallCap incorporates a number of export options that allow the data collected via our call tracking software to be exported easily to various utilities that our customers may wish to use. Examples include comma delimited output, EXCEL Spread Sheets, WORD files, Avery Label Maker. You can also export to other contact management programs such as, Outlook, Goldmine and Act.
Email Tool -- allows you to email a history of the call and the call recording to someone else at the touch of a button
Our email tool is designed with the sales manager in mind. Once a prospects call comes in to the sales office the clock is ticking. Yellow page data suggests that 85% are ready to buy on the call. In the event that the call is not handled in an efficient manner or the sales manager decides that an opportunity exists but was not capitalized upon the information from the call needs to get to the hands of the closer as soon as possible. To expedite and time stamp the lead we use our email tool. The manager simply highlights the lead on the detailed call report, selects the email option, and checks the box to attach the call recording and hits send. A complete record of the call with the recording is then forwarded to the assigned person. The sales manger only has to follow-up on the email to stay on top of the lead. We have found this an extreme time saver, successful in all sales environments.

To address this we include a map quest tool that displays automatically where the caller is. You can simply call up the call detail report and go right down the list of callers and print off directions from our site. Our customers have found this to be an outstanding time and money saver. Plus they have found that through the gained efficiency service members are able to accomplish more actual appointments which increase revenue.
Customer Number Provisioning Capability - Our customers can control their own numbers
We have designed a tool that allows our customers the ability to turn numbers on and off from our password protected, web based portal. This secure tool is available 24/7 from anywhere the internet is available. Numbers can be set up, re-pointed, turned off, renamed all at the touch of a button and in seconds.
