Caller Information
Our Detailed Call Report
lists individual inbound calls, including the time and duration of call, the connection result (in-process, busy, ring-no-answer, busy), and the advertisement that was the source of the lead.
The caller's phone number is shown including in most cases name and address information (when available) and demographics for that caller's neighborhood. Whether or not you were available to answer the call, you already know almost as much about the potential customer as you would learn in a conversation!
If you wish to listen to the call all you need to do is double click the speaker icon on the far right of the page and your call will play automatically if one is recorded.
Call summary by day
displays a running daily count of incoming calls and indicates how many were answered or missed each day.
Demographic & Geographic Information.
Depending on the type of phone used: landline or cell phone, our call-tracking technology is, in many cases, able to capture accurate, detailed name and address information and then cross-reference postal codes with U.S. census data, giving you valuable insight into your advertising's reach into desirable markets. Now you not only know who called but where they called from AND how much money they probably make. This allows you as a sales manager to assign leads more effectively.
