Capture The Call provides you with a separate national toll-free or local telephone number to insert into each ad you wish to track. You then publish these special numbers in your new ads, replacing your regular business phone number. Calls to these tracking numbers then route through our call tracking software and ring to your regular business phone.
No worries though. There are no annoying clicking sounds to startle your prospects or customers and there is no need to add any costly hardware to your existing phone system.
Once the call is initiated by your prospect or customer it flows to our double redundant network server where it is digitally captured. All of your important data is processed and stored in a database and is accessible by you in real time. Amazingly the call is generally visible on our reports within seconds of the call being initiated. Once processed Capture the Call provides your caller data 24/7 via a secure, password protected, web based interface. You can access your information from anywhere the internet is accessible, at any time.

At Capture the Call you can buy one number or many numbers and receive the same quality service. You are only billed for the numbers that you are actively using on the first of each month.
Capture the Call is unique in the way we assure that are numbers are as �clean� as they can be. What is clean or cleansed? Clean means that the numbers are managed in an way to ensure our clients that the number assigned will be getting calls that are responding to your ad only. In this way the statistics and caller data we capture is most relevant.
To that end we procure toll free numbers in large volume, that have been unassigned for at lease 6 months. We then place them in our database where they remain for at least an additional 6 months before we issue them to you. So, in most cases, the numbers we assign will have been out of circulation for at least one year.
Each number called a campaign in our system has a "begin" and "end" date numbers are
never recycled. Numbers can be turned on and off by you via our web interface.
If for any reason you decide to discontinue call tracking BUT you have marketing dollars invested in the new number, Capture the Call will transfer to you permanent ownership of the numbers that were used in your ad campaigns. The only thing we ask is that your account is in good standing at the time of the request.
